Zoning and feasibility study for a proposed addition over an existing 6 story building in Bronx, close to Yankee Stadium

Two scenarios were explored: a trower without height limitations maximizing all available floor area from a zoning lot merger with the neighboring building, and a limited height development under the Quality Housing program.
